The OMH Medical Group is a multi-specialty group that emphasizes primary care. Our group offers easy access and readily available health care in a comfortable clinical setting.

Wholly owned by Otsego Memorial Hospital, the OMH Medical Group is located in the Professional Medical Building on the OMH campus, as well as at the MedCare Walk-in Clinic, OMH N'Orthopedics, and OMH Montmorency Medical Clinic.
Most services can be provided right here by the OMH Medical Group and Otsego Memorial Hospital. When time and special care are of the essence, we have excellent relationships with Michigan facilities that have specialized services for seriously ill or injured patients. You, your medical provider, and sometimes your health insurance plan, will participate in the decision of the hospital and special services you receive.
