Registering to gain access to the portal will require an email address and a PIN number. You may contact a receptionist at any of our clinics for more details on obtaining a "portal letter" which will include instructions on registering and the unique PIN number for you to use during the online registration process that links you to your health records. Protecting your privacy is a high priority to us so your "portal letter" with PIN number will be provided upon visiting your provider's office. Our front office staff will be happy to assist you at your next office visit or stop in during regular hours.
No health or other confidential information will be sent to your email. Instead, you will receive email notification that there is a response to your request waiting for you on the secure website and you will be required to log in for access. Your health information remains secure.
